Description

A Training Specialist is a key professional responsible for enhancing the competencies of employees through educational and development programs. This role involves designing, planning, and implementing effective training initiatives tailored to meet organizational goals and individual learning needs. Training Specialists assess training needs, create instructional materials, deliver engaging training sessions, and evaluate the impact of training on employee performance. Requirements
