Responsabilities

As a Junior Recruiter, the primary responsibility is to support the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding process. This involves working closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each vacancy. The Junior Recruiter will draft and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms, ensuring wide visibility and outreach.
