Description

A Junior Recruiter plays a key role in the talent acquisition process, assisting with the identification, attraction, and recruitment of prospective employees. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. In addition, Junior Recruiters help maintain recruitment databases, handle administrative tasks, and support the overall hiring strategy by leveraging social media and networking to source high-quality candidates. On a typical day, you will...

- Source potential candidates using various online platforms and social media
- Screen resumes and job applications to match qualifications and experience with job postings
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and salary expectations
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and posting job openings on appropriate job boards
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in the creation and management of recruitment marketing campaigns
- Communicate with candidates pre- and post-interview to provide updates and collect feedback
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specifics of job vacancies
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts
- Perform reference and background checks for potential hires
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and organizing recruitment materials
