Description

The Director of Diversity and Inclusion plays a pivotal leadership role in fostering an equitable workplace culture. This position involves developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. Key responsibilities include creating policies that support diverse hiring practices, conducting training programs on cultural competence, and analyzing organizational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
