A Global Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the payroll processes across an organization’s international operations. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll distribution, compliance with various country-specific regulations, and alignment with company policies. The Global Payroll Manager coordinates with regional HR and finance teams to handle payroll discrepancies, tax filings, and benefits administration.
