An HR Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the human resources department. This position involves a variety of administrative and support tasks, ensuring seamless HR operations. Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, coordinating employee onboarding and training, and supporting payroll and benefits administration. Responsabilities

- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling orientations and preparing new hire packets.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and other systems.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Process and track employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Support the benefits administration process, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and forms.
- Assist in the organization of employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
- Handle administrative tasks related to payroll processing, including timesheet verification and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist with employee performance review process by coordinating schedules and assembling necessary documentation.
- Conduct initial review of employee grievances and escalate issues as needed.
- Monitor and update job postings on company website and external job boards.
- Compile and prepare HR metrics and reports for management review.
- Support the coordination of company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR data.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
