- Screen resumes and job applications for suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
