Description

A Junior HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives by providing comprehensive support to both employees and managers. This role involves collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective HR practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
