Description

A Litigation Support Analyst plays a crucial role in assisting legal teams by managing and organizing electronic data pertinent to legal cases. They are responsible for the collection, processing, and management of electronically stored information (ESI) to ensure it is accessible for review and analysis. - Support the electronic discovery process by collecting, processing, and reviewing electronically stored information (ESI).
- Generate reports and summaries of complex data for case analysis and presentations.
- Maintain close communication with the legal team to ensure timely updates on case progress.
- Utilize litigation support software and tools to organize and analyze case information.
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements by tracking important dates and filings.
- Participate in strategy meetings and case discussions with the legal team.
- Provide technical support for trials and hearings, including setting up and managing courtroom technology.
