Description

A Manufacturing Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the manufacturing floor. They ensure that production processes are efficient, products meet quality standards, and safety protocols are strictly followed. By managing a team of workers, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with other departments, they maintain seamless workflow and timely production schedules.
