- Evaluate, adjust, and optimize inventory levels to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on pricing and promotional strategies
- Utilize revenue management software for pricing forecasts and demand projections
- Conduct regular meetings with hotel management to review revenue performance and strategic goals
- Implement rate changes and manage distribution channels per revenue management strategies
- Prepare and present detailed revenue reports and presentations to senior management
- Review and manage group bookings to maintain alignment with revenue strategies
- Identify potential revenue losses and enforce corrective actions
- Recommend room rates, packages, and promotions based on market analysis
- Coordinate with front desk and reservation teams for pricing consistency and customer service
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards for goal tracking
