- Prepare and present reports on compensation programs, trends, and analyses to the executive team
- Oversee the administration of executive compensation, including stock options, bonuses, and other incentive schemes
- Lead compensation surveys and benchmarking studies to assess market competitiveness
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees on the company's compensation philosophy and practices
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation programs
- Coach and develop the compensation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

- Partner with IT to optimize systems supporting compensation processes and data management
