Description

The Senior Organizational Development Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing an organization's effectiveness by leading initiatives that align people, processes, and strategy. This position involves diagnosing organizational issues, designing and implementing development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
