- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment details
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Manage and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Collaborate with the HR team for a smooth onboarding process for new hires
- Attend job fairs and industry events to network and promote the company’s employer brand
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Liaise with departmental heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
