Description

A Wellness Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a range of health and wellness initiatives within an organization. This role focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle among employees, enhancing their physical and mental well-being, and improving overall workplace productivity. Duties typically include developing wellness programs, organizing health-related workshops and activities, and coordinating with healthcare providers to offer valuable resources. The coordinator also monitors the effectiveness of these programs and continuously seeks ways to improve and adapt them to meet the evolving needs of the workforce.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Certified Wellness Program Coordinator (CWPC) or equivalent certification preferred.

Ideal Candidate
